From zero to ready to trade.

The setup work that gets a new UK business legally trading. Company formation, registered office, bank introductions, domain and email. One person does it all, you sign what only you can sign, and at the end you have every login, every certificate, and a clear idea of what happens next.

Typical turnaround: one to two weeks from first call to fully set up.
Who this is for

New owners, sole traders going limited, and anyone who does not want to spend a weekend on Companies House.

You are starting a business, or you have been trading as a sole trader and you are ready to incorporate. You want someone to handle the admin so you can focus on the work.

  • You are incorporating a new UK limited company
  • You have been a sole trader and want to go Ltd properly
  • You are working from home and want a registered office
  • You want your domain, email, and bank sorted in one sweep
  • You prefer a written handover with every login documented
  • You want to know the tax implications before you sign anything
What is included

Four things, all joined up.

None of these are hard on their own. The awkward part is making sure the name at Companies House matches the bank account which matches the domain which matches the email signature. That is the bit that usually takes weeks.

  • Company formation

Limited company registration at Companies House, articles of association, first directors and shareholders set up, share certificates issued and stored.

  • Registered office and bank

Registered office address if you do not have a commercial space yet, plus guidance on the right business bank account for your size and sector.

  • Domain and hosting

Domain registration in your name, DNS setup, and a sensible hosting or email plan that will not lock you into a platform later.

  • Business email

Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 set up with your domain, proper security settings, and a starter set of mailboxes and aliases for you and the team.

The process

Four steps, nothing dramatic.

  1. Discovery call

Fifteen minutes on what the business does, how many directors and shareholders, and whether you need a registered office. No prep required.

  2. Requirements gathering

A short written brief covering names, addresses, shareholdings, and any existing assets. I tell you up front what Companies House will ask for.

  3. Setup

I handle Companies House, domain registration, email setup, and bank account introductions. You sign the things only you can sign.

  4. Handover

You get a documentation pack with every login, every certificate, and a plain English explanation of what each account does and who it is with.

Pricing

Starting at £497 once-off for basic setup.

A standard incorporation plus domain, email, and bank introductions starts at £497 as a one-off project. If you want it bundled with ongoing support, it is included in the Starter monthly plan from £497 per month. Final price depends on how many shareholders, whether you need a registered office, and how many mailboxes you need on day one.
