Finding value opportunities
The team regularly attends property auctions and liaises directly with landlords and local authorities to find the right investment opportunity. This will be a long-term disuse property with significant potential for capital appreciation.

Investment
We are cash buyers. This gives us substantial bargaining power and saves mortgage costs. Bidding at auctions requires financing agreed in advance - usually through expensive specialist brokers - tipping the market balance further in favour of cash buyers.

Unlocking asset value
We work with local contractors and local authorities to refurbish properties over and above the government's Decent Homes Standard. In some cases we are eligible for government grants to cover some of the costs of renovations we carry out.

Seeking rental yield
The team has extensive experience in letting properties. We maintain a narrow focus in order to maintain high occupancy rates and rental yield. Indeed, at times investment will be closed if the managers believe that additional properties would impact the management of exisining properties.
